Plasma Car

The Plasma Car is a completely irresistible magical riding toy that requires no batteries or leg power to operate! Kids just hop on, put their feet up on the foot rests, and rotate the steering wheel from side to side to go forward, or flip the wheel 180 degrees to steer backwards.
